  1. Cut beef into slices, place in a bowl eith 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda and cover with cold water. Let it sit for 30 minions to tenderise.
  2. Drain beef, wash under water to ensure there is no residual metallic taste
  3. Chop garlic, spring onion and carrots ready for frying
  4. Fry beef until starting to change colour (5mins)
  5. Put udon in pan with water and soy sauce
  6. Add garlic, carrots, and continue cooking until garlic is soft
  7. Add mangetout and baby corn
  8. Mix cornflour with a little water in a cup until a paste. Add a half a cup water of water to the cup and mix into pan slowly stirring
  9. Serve and sprinkle spring onions and sesame seeds on top
