Beef udon

Ingredients
- 500 g beef
- 200 g udon noodles
- 100 g mangetout
- 100 g baby corn
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1000 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pcs carrot
- 4 pcs spring onion
- 1 cup Unknown
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 4 pcs garlic
- 10 g sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut beef into slices, place in a bowl eith 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda and cover with cold water. Let it sit for 30 minions to tenderise.
- Drain beef, wash under water to ensure there is no residual metallic taste
- Chop garlic, spring onion and carrots ready for frying
- Fry beef until starting to change colour (5mins)
- Put udon in pan with water and soy sauce
- Add garlic, carrots, and continue cooking until garlic is soft
- Add mangetout and baby corn
- Mix cornflour with a little water in a cup until a paste. Add a half a cup water of water to the cup and mix into pan slowly stirring
- Serve and sprinkle spring onions and sesame seeds on top
