Quick Pancakes

  1. 250g of plain flour mixed with 1 egg and 250ml of full fat milk mixed in a bowl or blender
  2. Heat a frying pan with teaspoon of olive oil
  3. Pour in batter mixture to fill 1/2 the size of the frying pan. Keep cooking until top layer is no longer liquid. Flip pancake at this point and cook for another 40 seconds or until no more steam seen.
  4. Serve pancakes with Nutella and creme. Optional strawberries on top with a garnish of cinnamon
