  1. Wash and clean 200g of bean sprouts, 200g of mange tout. Was 50g of coriander.
  2. Peel and finelchop 6 cloves of garlic. Fry in the pan with a little olive oil with soft.
  3. Peel outside of 4 brown onions. Chop into quarters and add to frying pan
  4. Add 4 eggs into pan and mix together
  5. Open 4 packs of Udon noodles and add to frying pan with 4 cups of water and 1 vegetable stockcube.
  6. Add 2 teaspoons of Worcester sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar. Add soy sauce to taste. Add mangetout and bean sprouts and cook for 10 mins.
  7. Serve when udon noodles are cooked. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & coriander when serving.
