Udon Noodles

Ingredients
- 200 g bean sprouts
- 200 g mange tout
- 50 g coriander leaves
- 6 pcs garlic
- 1 g olive oil
- 4 g brown onions
- 4 pcs eggs
- 4 g udon noodles
- 1 g vegetable stock cube
- 2 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 g sugar
- 2 g sesame seeds
- 0.5 g salt
Instructions
- Wash and clean 200g of bean sprouts, 200g of mange tout. Was 50g of coriander.
- Peel and finelchop 6 cloves of garlic. Fry in the pan with a little olive oil with soft.
- Peel outside of 4 brown onions. Chop into quarters and add to frying pan
- Add 4 eggs into pan and mix together
- Open 4 packs of Udon noodles and add to frying pan with 4 cups of water and 1 vegetable stockcube.
- Add 2 teaspoons of Worcester sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar. Add soy sauce to taste. Add mangetout and bean sprouts and cook for 10 mins.
- Serve when udon noodles are cooked. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & coriander when serving.
