  1. Sprinkle the beef with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Cut 1 onion into 4 large wedges.
  3. Add the beef, 4 onion wedges, and stock into the pressure cooker.
  4. Cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
  5. Release the pressure and lift the lid.
  6. Take out the beef and reserve 2 cups of stock in a separate container.
  7. Using 2 forks, shred the beef into pieces.
  8. If the beef isn't tender, cook it for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Activate the sauté function on the Instant Pot.
  10. When the machine indicates, add olive oil.
  11. Incorporate the sliced onion, pepper, and tomatoes into the pot.
  12. Cook until the vegetables become tender.
  13. Return the shredded beef to the pot and stir well.
  14. Add 1 1/2 cups of the reserved stock, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, and cumin.
  15. Stir the mixture in the pot thoroughly.
  16. If the sauce appears to be dry, add a little more stock.
  17. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  18. Enjoy your meal!
