Ingredients
- 2 g skirt steak
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 g onions
- 1 g onions
- 1 g red pepper
- 3 pcs tomato
- 4 cup beef stock
- 2 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 g cumin
- 0.25 g tomato ketchup
- 1 g salt
- 1 pcs peppers
- 1 g olive oil
Instructions
- Sprinkle the beef with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Cut 1 onion into 4 large wedges.
- Add the beef, 4 onion wedges, and stock into the pressure cooker.
- Cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
- Release the pressure and lift the lid.
- Take out the beef and reserve 2 cups of stock in a separate container.
- Using 2 forks, shred the beef into pieces.
- If the beef isn't tender, cook it for an additional 10 minutes.
- Activate the sauté function on the Instant Pot.
- When the machine indicates, add olive oil.
- Incorporate the sliced onion, pepper, and tomatoes into the pot.
- Cook until the vegetables become tender.
- Return the shredded beef to the pot and stir well.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of the reserved stock, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, and cumin.
- Stir the mixture in the pot thoroughly.
- If the sauce appears to be dry, add a little more stock.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
