Ingredients
- 1 g goat meat
- 1 g corn flour
- 2 g tomatoes
- 1 g salt
- 1 g onions
- 1 pcs green chilli
- 1 g coriander leaves
Instructions
- Cook the meat over medium heat for 50 minutes, turning it from time to time and sprinkling a little salt each time you flip it.
- Place the water and salt in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring it to a boil.
- Slowly add the cornmeal while stirring, letting it trickle through your fingers as you incorporate it.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and stir frequently, breaking up any lumps with a spoon, until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pot and becomes very thick, about 10 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the ugali rest for a few minutes to cool slightly.
- Spoon or turn the ugali into a large serving bowl.
- Dampen your hands with water, shape the ugali into a firm ball, and place it in the serving bowl.
- Combine the tomatoes, onions, chili and coriander leaves in a bowl and toss together to make the kachumbari.
- Serve the roasted meat with the ugali and kachumbari, then enjoy.
