Ingredients
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs white cabbage
- 15 ml vinegar
- 240 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Peel, wash, and shred 2 carrots using a grater.
- Shred a white cabbage and rinse it with water.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots and cabbage.
- Add 15 ml of vinegar, 240 ml of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
