  1. Peel, wash, and shred 2 carrots using a grater.
  2. Shred a white cabbage and rinse it with water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots and cabbage.
  4. Add 15 ml of vinegar, 240 ml of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
