- 1 pcs tblsp paprika
- 1 pcs tblsp tomato puree
- 225 g tinned tomatos
- 1 pcs to serve basil leaves
Instructions

- Drain the potatoes and let them air-dry for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Put the drained potatoes into a bowl, drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and toss to coat.

- While the potatoes are cooking, heat the remaining oil in a small pan over medium–low heat.
- Fry the onion for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is softened but not browned.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the paprika and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the tomato purée and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the chopped tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has slightly thickened.
