- 2 cup marshmallows
- 3 cup chocolate chips
- 0.5 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 ml vanilla extract
- 1 g peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare an 8-inch-square baking dish by lining it with wax paper or foil.
- Apply non-stick cooking spray to the lined baking dish.
- Place ½ cup of the miniature marshmallows at the bottom of the lined dish.
- In a bowl suitable for the microwave, mix the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
- Heat the chocolate mixture in the microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, until fully melted.
- Incorporate the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Mix the combination thoroughly until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Set aside 2 tablespoons of the chopped almonds or peanuts.
- Gently fold 1 ½ cups of miniature marshmallows and the remaining chopped nuts into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Evenly spread the chocolate mixture across the dish.
- Top the mixture right away with the reserved chopped nuts.
- If desired, sprinkle mallow bits or extra miniature marshmallows on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
- Take the fudge along with the wax paper out of the pan.
- Gently remove all the wax paper from the fudge.
- Cut the fudge into small bite-sized squares.
- Enjoy serving the fudge.
