Ingredients
- 250 g steak
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 pcs garlic
- 2 pcs lobster tails
- 600 g potatoes
- 120 ml cream
- 1.5 pcs peppercorns
- 2 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- In a hot skillet, sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, then cook the lobster tails for 5-6 minutes until they are opaque.
- Prepare the chips according to package instructions or make homemade chips by cutting potatoes into wedges, seasoning, and baking them in the oven until golden.
- For the peppercorn sauce, combine cream, crushed peppercorns, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan. Heat until thickened.
- Serve the steak with lobster, chips, and drizzle with peppercorn sauce.
