  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. In a hot skillet, sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, then cook the lobster tails for 5-6 minutes until they are opaque.
  6. Prepare the chips according to package instructions or make homemade chips by cutting potatoes into wedges, seasoning, and baking them in the oven until golden.
  7. For the peppercorn sauce, combine cream, crushed peppercorns, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan. Heat until thickened.
  8. Serve the steak with lobster, chips, and drizzle with peppercorn sauce.
