Baked Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 g chicken breasts
- 1 pcs taco or fajita seasoning
- 1 g sweet bell peppers
- 1 pcs onion
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 1 g cilantro
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Step 2: Place the chicken breasts flat in a baking dish, ensuring they are not touching.
- Step 3: Sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Step 4: Mix the sliced bell peppers and onion, then spread them over the chicken.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the peppers and onion.
- Step 6: Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
- Step 7: Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired and serve hot over rice, cauliflower rice, greens, or in tortillas.
