  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Step 2: Place the chicken breasts flat in a baking dish, ensuring they are not touching.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  4. Step 4: Mix the sliced bell peppers and onion, then spread them over the chicken.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the peppers and onion.
  6. Step 6: Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  7. Step 7: Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired and serve hot over rice, cauliflower rice, greens, or in tortillas.
