  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (392°F).
  2. Cut 4 bagels in half horizontally and toast them.
  3. Spread soft cheese, like Philadelphia, on the toasted bagels.
  4. Top the cheese with slices of smoked salmon.
  5. Sprinkle a little paprika on top before serving.
