Salmon Poke bowl

Ingredients
- 2 pcs avocado
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pcs Salt
- 2 pcs Black Pepper
- 4 pcs eggs
- 1 l Water
- 60 g spinach leaves
- 1 pcs chillies
- 100 g smoked salmon
Instructions
- Peel and mash 2 avocados. Add a tablespoon of cream, 1 tsp of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper
- Poach 4 eggs by cracking open the eggs in boiling water. Turn temperature down so it stops bubbling but remains hot. Boil for 3-5 mins
- Add freshly washed spinach leaves into a bowl. Add eggs into bowl. Sprinkle with freshly chopped chillis. Add slices of smoked salmon to top and sprinkle with pepper to serve with avocado
