Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 60 g oil
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1600 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 g salt
- 25 g butter
- 45 g sugar
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the milk, oil, and egg.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the blended mixture.
- Mix thoroughly until all components are well incorporated.
- Pour some of the batter onto the cooking surface.
- Spread a thin coat of batter along the edge of the pan.
- Cover the pan for 30 to 60 seconds until small bubbles start to form.
- Top the pancake with butter, cream corn, crushed peanuts, and sugar.
- Once the underside is golden brown, fold the pancake in half.
- Slice the pancake into wedges.
- Enjoy your warm pancakes immediately.
