  1. Preheat the grill until it reaches a high temperature.
  2. Cut the aubergines in half lengthwise.
  3. Place the aubergines on the grill for 25 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they become tender.
  4. Take the aubergines off the grill and allow them to cool until they are easy to handle.
  5. With a sharp knife, make cuts in the grilled flesh of the aubergines.
  6. Use a spoon to remove the flesh from the aubergines.
  7. Transfer the extracted flesh into a bowl.
  8. Use a fork to mash the flesh until it forms a thick pulp.
  9. Incorporate the lemon juice and garlic into the mashed pulp.
  10. Mix in the yogurt and dill with the combined ingredients.
  11. Adjust the seasoning of the mixture according to your preference.
  12. Serve the dish while it is still warm.
