Smoked aubergine purée

Ingredients
- 2 pcs aubergines
- 1 pcs lemon
- 3 pcs garlic
- 150 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp dill
Instructions
- Preheat the grill until it reaches a high temperature.
- Cut the aubergines in half lengthwise.
- Place the aubergines on the grill for 25 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they become tender.
- Take the aubergines off the grill and allow them to cool until they are easy to handle.
- With a sharp knife, make cuts in the grilled flesh of the aubergines.
- Use a spoon to remove the flesh from the aubergines.
- Transfer the extracted flesh into a bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the flesh until it forms a thick pulp.
- Incorporate the lemon juice and garlic into the mashed pulp.
- Mix in the yogurt and dill with the combined ingredients.
- Adjust the seasoning of the mixture according to your preference.
- Serve the dish while it is still warm.
