Portuguese prego with green piri-piri

Ingredients
- 1 pcs garlic
- 2 pcs beef fillet
- 2 g olive oil
- 1 ml vinegar
- 1 pcs parsley
- 2 pcs ciabatta
- 2 g rocket
- 1 pcs basil leaves
- 1 pcs parsley
- 1 g jalapenos
- 1 ml vinegar
- 2 g spring onion
- 0.5 pcs garlic
- 0.5 g caster sugar
Instructions
- Massage the garlic onto the surface of the steaks.
- Put the steaks inside a resealable sandwich bag.
- In the bag, include the olive oil, sherry vinegar, and parsley stems.
- Mix everything thoroughly within the bag.
- Gently pound the steaks a few times using a rolling pin.
- Allow the steaks to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender.
- In the blender, add a tablespoon of water.
- Blend the sauce until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Preheat a griddle or frying pan over high heat.
- Remove the garlic and parsley stems from the steaks.
- Generously season the steaks.
- Cook the steaks for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer the cooked steaks to a plate to rest.
- Arrange the ciabatta halves on the plate with the toasted side facing down.
- Cut the steaks into slices.
- Fill the rolls with the sliced steaks, green sauce, and arugula.
