Wontons
Wontons – a delightful Chinese pork dish.

Ingredients
- 1 g pork
- 3 pcs garlic cloves
- 1 g ginger
- 1 ml soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 3 pcs carrot
- 3 pcs celery
- 6 g spring onion
- 1 pcs wonton skin
- 1 g oil
- 1 ml water
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vegetables.
- Take the wonton skins and separate them.
- Spoon a generous teaspoon of the filling into the middle of each wonton.
- Dampen two edges of the wonton skin with water, about 1/4 inch from the perimeter.
- Fold the wonton skin over to create a triangle shape, ensuring the edges are sealed.
- Press the two longer outer points of the triangle together firmly.
- Heat the oil until it reaches 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Fry 4 to 5 wontons at once until they turn golden brown.
- Remove the fried wontons and let them drain.
- Enjoy with your choice of dipping sauce.
