  1. Immerse the bread roll in the milk until it is fully softened.
  2. Sauté the onion in oil for approximately 8 minutes or until it becomes soft and golden.
  3. Incorporate the sautéed onion into the ground beef.
  4. Mix the egg into the ground beef mixture.
  5. Stir in the garlic to the ground beef mixture.
  6. Add marjoram to the ground beef mixture.
  7. Season the ground beef mixture with salt and pepper.
  8. Remove the excess milk from the bread roll by squeezing.
  9. Combine the soaked bread roll with the ground beef mixture.
  10. Blend all the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
  11. Form the meat mixture into 8 equal patties.
  12. Pour the dried breadcrumbs into a shallow dish.
  13. Dredge each patty in the dried breadcrumbs, ensuring all sides are coated.
  14. Heat some oil in a deep frying pan.
  15. Cook the patties in batches until they are browned and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
