Polish patties (kotlety)
Polish patties, known as kotlety, are a delightful side dish in Polish cuisine.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs bread rolls
- 120 ml milk
- 1 g onions
- 100 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 pcs eggs
- 1 pcs garlic cloves
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 75 g breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Immerse the bread roll in the milk until it is fully softened.
- Sauté the onion in oil for approximately 8 minutes or until it becomes soft and golden.
- Incorporate the sautéed onion into the ground beef.
- Mix the egg into the ground beef mixture.
- Stir in the garlic to the ground beef mixture.
- Add marjoram to the ground beef mixture.
- Season the ground beef mixture with salt and pepper.
- Remove the excess milk from the bread roll by squeezing.
- Combine the soaked bread roll with the ground beef mixture.
- Blend all the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
- Form the meat mixture into 8 equal patties.
- Pour the dried breadcrumbs into a shallow dish.
- Dredge each patty in the dried breadcrumbs, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Heat some oil in a deep frying pan.
- Cook the patties in batches until they are browned and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
