Ingredients
- 4 pcs battered chicken
- 2 cup rice
- 200 g broccoli
- 0.5 cup katsu sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and cook 4 pieces of battered chicken according to package instructions.
- Rinse 2 cup of rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine the rinsed rice with 500 ml of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
- While the rice is cooking, steam 2 cups of broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Broccoli should still have a crunch when eating, not soggy.
- Heat 125 ml of katsu sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
- Serve the chicken with rice, steamed broccoli, and top with katsu sauce.
