  1. On a baking tray, pour out a large packet of lightly salted Doritos.
  2. Grate some cheddar cheese onto the Doritos natchos. Give them a mix so there is cheese mixed within the natchos and not just resting on top of them.
  3. Peel mozerella cheese and put on top of natchos Open a jar of sliced jalapenos and put these chillis on top
  4. Bake under a grill until the cheese melts, careful not to burn the natchos as they catch quickly
  5. Peel and deseed avocados. Place the avocado in a bowl. Squash the avocados with a fork. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Pour soured cream into a bowl
  7. Remove natchos from grill and serve with salsa. (See other recipe to make home made salsa if not buying this from the store)
