Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 pcs doritos
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 125 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g jalapenos
- 2 pcs avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.125 tsp black pepper
- 200 ml soured cream
- 200 g salsa
Instructions
- On a baking tray, pour out a large packet of lightly salted Doritos.
- Grate some cheddar cheese onto the Doritos natchos. Give them a mix so there is cheese mixed within the natchos and not just resting on top of them.
- Peel mozerella cheese and put on top of natchos Open a jar of sliced jalapenos and put these chillis on top
- Bake under a grill until the cheese melts, careful not to burn the natchos as they catch quickly
- Peel and deseed avocados. Place the avocado in a bowl. Squash the avocados with a fork. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt and black pepper to taste.
- Pour soured cream into a bowl
- Remove natchos from grill and serve with salsa. (See other recipe to make home made salsa if not buying this from the store)
