BBQ chicken buns

Ingredients
- 5 g olive oil
- 4 g chicken thighs
- 1 pcs chicken seasoning packet
- 2 pcs garlic cloves
- 15 ml soy sauce
- 15 g sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 4 pcs buns
- 4 tbsp bbq sauce
- 2 cup coleslaw
- 2 g lettuce
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 5 ml of olive oil. Cook 4 chicken thighs until no pink meat remains, then add a packet of BBQ chicken seasoning.
- Peel and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, then add them to the chicken along with 15 ml of soy sauce and 15 g of sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Shred the chicken with forks once fully cooked.
- Cut 4 buns in half and place shredded chicken on each bun base. Top with BBQ sauce.
- Add coleslaw to the other half of each bun and serve with washed lettuce on the side.
