BBQ chicken buns

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 5 ml of olive oil. Cook 4 chicken thighs until no pink meat remains, then add a packet of BBQ chicken seasoning.
  2. Peel and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, then add them to the chicken along with 15 ml of soy sauce and 15 g of sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Shred the chicken with forks once fully cooked.
  3. Cut 4 buns in half and place shredded chicken on each bun base. Top with BBQ sauce.
  4. Add coleslaw to the other half of each bun and serve with washed lettuce on the side.
