Prawn Noodles

Ingredients
- 500 g egg noodles
- 240 ml water
- 4 pcs garlic cloves
- 10 g ginger
- 1 g cornflour
- 1 ml soy sauce
- 1 pcs chicken stock cube
- 1 ml sesame oil
- 2 g spring onion
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 200 g prawns
- 1 g sesame seeds
Instructions
- Boil egg noodles in water until soft, then drain.
- In a pan, add 4 finely chopped garlic cloves and 10g of finely chopped fresh ginger.
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of cornflour, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and a chicken stock cube, then add this mixture to the pan.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and add freshly washed and chopped spring onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add large prawns to the pan and cook until they turn red.
- Serve with sesame seeds on top.
