Prawn Noodles

  1. Boil egg noodles in water until soft, then drain.
  2. In a pan, add 4 finely chopped garlic cloves and 10g of finely chopped fresh ginger.
  3. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of cornflour, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and a chicken stock cube, then add this mixture to the pan.
  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and add freshly washed and chopped spring onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add large prawns to the pan and cook until they turn red.
  6. Serve with sesame seeds on top.
