  1. Cut Salmon in half Steam in steamer for 30 mins
  2. Make soya saice in a pan, mix in 1 tablespoon spoon of brown sugar and teaspoon of vinegar
  3. Serve fish on a playe and pour sauce over top Add correct leaves to the top and serve.
