Soya sauce fish
Family favourite to serve a filleted fish

Ingredients
- 1 g salmon
- 2 ml soy sauce
- 1 g brown sugar
- 1 ml vinegar
- 2 g coriander leaves
Instructions
- Cut Salmon in half Steam in steamer for 30 mins
- Make soya saice in a pan, mix in 1 tablespoon spoon of brown sugar and teaspoon of vinegar
- Serve fish on a playe and pour sauce over top Add correct leaves to the top and serve.
