Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 8 pcs garlic cloves
- 1 g sugar
- 0.5 ml white wine
- 1 pcs chicken stock cube
- 2 g corn flour
- 100 ml milk
- 1000 g uncooked prawns
- 1 g parsley
- 1 g sugar
- 4 g garlic bread
Instructions
- Melt 200g of butter in a deep pan. Chop 8 cloves of garlic into small chunks. Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and keep on a high heat until the butter bubbles.
- Add a tablespoon of sugar. Add 1/2 cup of white wine. Add 1 chicken stock cube.
- Add 2 teaspoons of corn flour in a mug. Add a little milk and stir in to make a paste. Gradually add 1 cup of milk into this corn/milk mix while still stiring. This will make the sauce creamy and thicker.
- Add the milk and cornflour mixture to the pan and stir slowly until it heats up.
- Add uncooked prawns and cook until the prawns turn red.
- Server prawns with a garnishing of fresh parsley on top. Optionally sprinkle a bit of sugar on top and put under the grill to make it a little crunchier.
- Serve with a side of garlic bread
