Ingredients
- 250 g hash browns
- 8 pcs sausages
- 4 pcs bread slices
- 100 g baked beans
- 8 pcs eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp hp sauce
- 2 g ketchup
Instructions
- Add frozen hash browns into the oven. These typically take 30 minutes so put them in the oven first at 180 degrees Celsius.
- After 10 minutes, add 8 sausages in the oven still at 180 degrees Celsius. These typically takes 20 minutes but keep cooking until the sausages start to brown. The hashbrowns and sausages should now be ready so can turn the oven off if still busy cooking the other parts.
- Toast 4 pieces of bread or add to the oven with the sausages.
- While the sausages are cooking, add baked beans to a pan and warm on a medium heat stirring occasionally.
- Cook some fried eggs in another pan. Keep this on a medium/low heat to avoid bubbling and burning the egg whites. Cover the pan with a lid for a more even cook without needing to flip the eggs. Typically cook for 3 minutes for a runny yolk.
- Serve on plates. Toast first, then sausages, then baked beans on top. On the side add the fried eggs and hash browns. Serve with HP sauce or ketchup.
