Steamed Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pcs chicken
- 30 g ginger
- 3 g spring onion
- 50 g olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash a whole corn-fed free-range chicken under running water.
- Place the chicken in a steamer and steam for 45 minutes.
- While the chicken is steaming, peel and finely chop 30g of ginger and wash and chop spring onions.
- In a small pan, heat 50ml of olive oil until it reaches smoking temperature, then turn off the heat.
- Add the chopped ginger and spring onions to the pan along with a pinch of salt.
- Once the chicken is cooked, chop it into chunks using a cleaver.
- Serve the chicken cold with the ginger sauce on the side for dipping.
