- 2 g breadcrumbs
- 3 ml water
- 1 g vegetable stock cube
- 1 g salt
- 1 g peppers
Instructions
- Place the ground meat in a large mixing bowl.
- Finely chop the onion and grate the garlic, then add them to the bowl.
- Add the chopped parsley, paprika, baking soda, dried breadcrumbs, water, Vegeta (or other seasoning), salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Thoroughly combine the ingredients using a hand mixer fitted with dough hooks.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate to rest for 1–2 hours.

- Shape each portion into a cevapi about thumb-thick and 7–10 cm (3–4 in) long.
- Preheat a grill pan or barbecue until very hot.
- Grill the cevapcici for about 12–14 minutes, turning several times, until browned and cooked through; cut one in half to check and adjust the remaining cooking time if necessary.
- Serve the cevapcici hot.
- To reheat, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and warm the sausages for about 10 minutes or until heated through, adding a few more minutes if needed.
