  1. Microwave: Mix soup with fruit juice, add chicken, cover; cook 5 min, stir.
  2. Add lychees, pineapple and soy; cook 25 min, turn 3 times.
  3. Thicken with 1/4 cup cornflour slurry in 1/2 cup water after cooking; rest 8 min.
  4. Oven: Bake chicken in soup/juice in a moderate oven 30–60 min; add soy and slurry before serving.
