Lychee Noodle Chicken
Fusion dish: chicken with lychee and pineapple, two methods.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs chicken
- 60 g chicken noodle soup packet
- 450 g Lychees
- 450 g pineapple chunks
- 1 ml light soy sauce
- 20 g cornflour
- 0.5 cup water
Instructions
- Microwave: Mix soup with fruit juice, add chicken, cover; cook 5 min, stir.
- Add lychees, pineapple and soy; cook 25 min, turn 3 times.
- Thicken with 1/4 cup cornflour slurry in 1/2 cup water after cooking; rest 8 min.
- Oven: Bake chicken in soup/juice in a moderate oven 30–60 min; add soy and slurry before serving.
