Jerk Chicken

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken
- 30 tbsp lemon juice
- 45 g olive oil
- 2 pcs garlic cloves
- 10 g jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 cup rice
- 2 pcs avocado
- 4 pcs tomato
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Marinade the chicken with 30 ml of lemon juice, 45 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 2 crushed garlic cloves, and 10 g of jerk seasoning. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes, ideally overnight in the fridge.
- Heat a large frying pan with a little oil over medium heat. Add the marinaded chicken and cook for about 15 minutes, adding a dash of water as needed to keep the chicken moist.
- Serve the cooked chicken with rice, avocado, and tomato salad.
