Jerk Chicken

  1. Marinade the chicken with 30 ml of lemon juice, 45 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 2 crushed garlic cloves, and 10 g of jerk seasoning. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes, ideally overnight in the fridge.
  2. Heat a large frying pan with a little oil over medium heat. Add the marinaded chicken and cook for about 15 minutes, adding a dash of water as needed to keep the chicken moist.
  3. Serve the cooked chicken with rice, avocado, and tomato salad.
