  1. Fry chopped garlic in a pan with 15g of butter and 3 chopped onions until softened.
  2. In a separate pot, boil 4 cod fillets in 500ml of milk with 1 bay leaf and 5 peppercorns for 15 minutes. Add 1 chicken stock cube and cooked prawns at the end.
  3. Boil 4 large peeled potatoes in another pot until cooked. Drain and mash with 60ml of cream and 15g of butter.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the fish mixture at the bottom, then spread the mashed potatoes on top. Use a pipette to put the mash on if you like a fancy look or want extra crispy topping. Optionally add cheese to the top if you like
  5. Grill the assembled pie until the top is lightly browned.
