Fainá
Fainá is a delicious Argentinian side dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g chickpea flour
- 600 ml water
- 4 g olive oil
- 1 g salt
- 1 pcs peppers
Instructions
- Combine chickpea flour, water, salt, and pepper using a whisk.
- Allow the mixture to rest for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Set the oven temperature to 220°C (430°F).
- Add olive oil to a round baking pan.
- Place the baking pan with oil in the oven to heat.
- Pour the rested batter into the preheated baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it turns golden.
- Cut the baked dish into slices.
- Serve while hot, with an optional sprinkle of black pepper on top.
