Ingredients
- 0.3333333333333333 g mushrooms
- 0.3333333333333333 cup wood ear mushrooms
- 0.6666666666666666 g tofu
- 0.5 g pork
- 2 g chicken stock
- 0.5 g salt
- 0.25 g sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 0.25 g peppers
- 0.5 tsp hotsauce
- 1 ml vinegar
- 1 ml soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 ml water
- 0.25 g spring onion
Instructions
- Begin by pouring chicken broth into a wok and bring it to a boil.
- Once boiling, incorporate salt, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper, hot sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce, then mix for a few moments.
- Introduce tofu, mushrooms, and black wood ear mushrooms into the wok.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and whisk them together.
- Gradually pour the cornstarch mixture into the soup until you achieve the thickness you prefer.
- Lightly beat 1 egg using a knife or fork.
- Pour the beaten egg into the soup and stir for 8 seconds.
- Ladle the soup into a bowl for serving.
- Garnish the soup with BBQ pork and chopped green onions.
