  1. Begin by pouring chicken broth into a wok and bring it to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, incorporate salt, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper, hot sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce, then mix for a few moments.
  3. Introduce tofu, mushrooms, and black wood ear mushrooms into the wok.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and whisk them together.
  5. Gradually pour the cornstarch mixture into the soup until you achieve the thickness you prefer.
  6. Lightly beat 1 egg using a knife or fork.
  7. Pour the beaten egg into the soup and stir for 8 seconds.
  8. Ladle the soup into a bowl for serving.
  9. Garnish the soup with BBQ pork and chopped green onions.
