Irenes Beef Strogonoff

Ingredients
- 1 pcs fillet steak
- 1 tbsp butter
- 400 g button mushrooms
- 2 pcs brown onions
- 50 ml cream
- 150 ml white wine or sherry
- 1 tbsp brandy
- 2 cup salad
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 200 g rice
Instructions
- Cut 1 fillet steak into strips and sauté in butter until browned.
- Wash, clean and cook rice for 4 people (200g of rice)
- Wash and clean 400g of button mushrooms and chop 2 brown onions finely.
- Add the chopped onions, mushrooms, 50ml of cream, 1 glass of white wine or sherry, and 1 tablespoon of brandy to the pan.
- Cook the mixture until the onions are well cooked.
- Serve with a green salad.
