  1. Cut 1 fillet steak into strips and sauté in butter until browned.
  2. Wash, clean and cook rice for 4 people (200g of rice)
  3. Wash and clean 400g of button mushrooms and chop 2 brown onions finely.
  4. Add the chopped onions, mushrooms, 50ml of cream, 1 glass of white wine or sherry, and 1 tablespoon of brandy to the pan.
  5. Cook the mixture until the onions are well cooked.
  6. Serve with a green salad.
