- 50 ml honey
- 300 ml rye flour
- 100 ml water
Instructions
- Set the oven to 200°C and allow it to preheat.
- Combine the honey with the water, stirring until the honey has dissolved.
- Add the flour to the honey-water mixture and stir until incorporated.
- Let the mixture rest for a few minutes.
- Knead briefly until the ingredients come together into a cohesive dough.
- Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Use a teaspoon to portion the dough into round buns or cakes and place them on the prepared sheet.
- Bake at 200°C for 10–15 minutes, until they are lightly golden.
