Soup dumplings

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 120 ml water
- 250 g pork mince
- 100 g prawns
- 1 pcs chicken stock cube
- 2 g spring onion
- 0.125 tsp salt
- 1 ml soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix 200g of flour with water to form a dough. Roll the dough into small flat tortillas, about 20cm in diameter.
- In a bowl, combine pork mince, prawn, a chicken stock cube, chopped spring onion, a pinch of salt, and soy sauce.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each tortilla. Pinch the edges to seal and form dumplings.
- Refrigerate the dumplings for up to 24 hours.
- When ready to eat, steam the dumplings for 20 minutes.
