Soup dumplings

  1. Mix 200g of flour with water to form a dough. Roll the dough into small flat tortillas, about 20cm in diameter.
  2. In a bowl, combine pork mince, prawn, a chicken stock cube, chopped spring onion, a pinch of salt, and soy sauce.
  3. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each tortilla. Pinch the edges to seal and form dumplings.
  4. Refrigerate the dumplings for up to 24 hours.
  5. When ready to eat, steam the dumplings for 20 minutes.
