Kumpir
Kumpir is a delightful Turkish side dish that features a baked potato, generously filled with a variety of toppings.

Ingredients
- 2 g potatoes
- 2 g butter
- 150 g cheese
- 1 g onions
- 1 g red pepper
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
Instructions
- Request a kumpir while in Turkey.
- Measure out 150g of cheese for grating.
- Roughly grate the cheese.
- Dice one onion into small pieces.
- Dice one sweet red pepper into small pieces.
- Combine the grated cheese, diced onion, and diced sweet red pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Season the mixture with a generous amount of salt and pepper.
- If you like, sprinkle some chili flakes into the bowl.
