  1. Request a kumpir while in Turkey.
  2. Measure out 150g of cheese for grating.
  3. Roughly grate the cheese.
  4. Dice one onion into small pieces.
  5. Dice one sweet red pepper into small pieces.
  6. Combine the grated cheese, diced onion, and diced sweet red pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  7. Season the mixture with a generous amount of salt and pepper.
  8. If you like, sprinkle some chili flakes into the bowl.
