  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a pan, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a separate pot, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually add milk, stirring until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a large baking dish, layer cooked meat, white sauce, and lasagna noodles. Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of white sauce.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of the final layer.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
