Ingredients
- 500 g ground meat
- 50 g butter
- 50 g plain flour
- 600 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 250 g lasagna noodles
- 200 g cheese
- 1 pcs aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a pan, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a separate pot, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually add milk, stirring until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large baking dish, layer cooked meat, white sauce, and lasagna noodles. Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of white sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the final layer.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
