Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients
- 140 g flour
- 4 pcs eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 1 pcs sunflower oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 230C/fan 210C/gas 8.
- Lightly coat the bases of two 4-hole Yorkshire pudding trays or two 12-hole non-stick muffin trays with sunflower oil.
- Put the trays in the oven to warm up.
- Add 140g of plain flour to a mixing bowl.
- Incorporate 4 eggs, mixing until the mixture is smooth.
- Slowly pour in 200ml of milk while continuing to mix.
- Make sure the batter is completely free of lumps.
- Season the batter with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Transfer the batter into a jug.
- Take the hot trays out of the oven.
- Carefully and evenly distribute the batter into the compartments of the trays.
- Return the trays to the oven.
- Allow the trays to remain undisturbed for 20-25 minutes, or until the puddings rise and turn golden.
- Serve right away.
- If desired, let the puddings cool and freeze them for up to 1 month.
