Shrimp Chow Fun
Shrimp Chow Fun is a delightful Chinese seafood dish that features silky rice noodles stir-fried with succulent shrimp.

Ingredients
- 0.5 pcs rice stick noodles
- 8 g prawns
- 0.5 pcs eggs
- 1 g peppers
- 2 tsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 g oil
- 1 pcs garlic
- 1 g ginger
- 0.5 g onions
- 1 g bean sprouts
- 0.5 g spring onion
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 g sugar
- 0.5 ml vinegar
- 1 ml soy sauce
Instructions
- Place the rice noodles in water and let them soak overnight until they become tender.
- Cook the rice noodles in boiling water for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to halt the cooking process.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, an egg, a pinch of white pepper, sesame seed oil, corn starch, and oil.
- Thoroughly combine the shrimp mixture until well blended.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the wok and stir-fry until they turn golden brown.
- Remove the cooked shrimp from the wok and set them aside.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the wok.
- Add minced garlic, ginger, and all the vegetables to the wok.
- Incorporate the soaked and rinsed noodles into the wok.
- Pour in sherry cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame seed oil, a pinch of white pepper, and soy sauce into the wok.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the wok.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water.
- Gradually pour the corn starch mixture into the stir-fry until the sauce achieves your preferred consistency.
