Oatmeal pancakes
Oatmeal pancakes — a traditional Venezuelan breakfast dish.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs eggs
- 80 ml milk
- 1 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 g salt
- 1 ml vanilla extract
- 150 g ground oats
- 150 g butter
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 3 g strawberries
Instructions
- Put all the components into a glass.
- Whisk the components together until thoroughly mixed.
- Allow the blend to rest for 10 minutes.
- Coat a hot skillet with a small amount of butter.
- Spoon a portion of the blend into the skillet.
- Observe for bubbles forming on the top.
- Flip the blend using a spatula.
- Cook on a medium-low flame to avoid burning.
- Top the cooked blend with caramel and strawberries.
