Bang bang prawn salad
Bang Bang Prawn Salad — a delightful Vietnamese seafood dish.

Ingredients
- 140 g rice noodles
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 ml coconut milk
- 3 pcs sweet chilli sauce
- 3 g spring onion
- 1 pcs cucumber
- 300 g bean sprouts
- 200 g prawns
Instructions
- Prepare the noodles according to the directions on the package.
- After cooking, wash the noodles with cold water.
- Ensure the noodles are well-drained.
- In a small pot, combine the peanut butter, coconut milk, sweet chilli sauce, and half of the chopped spring onions and heat until melted.
- Incorporate 1-2 tablespoons of water into the mixture to achieve a pourable consistency.
- In a serving bowl, combine the noodles, cucumber, and beansprouts.
- Place the prawns on top of the noodle mixture.
- Pour the peanut sauce over the prawns.
- Garnish with the remaining spring onions.
