  1. Prepare the noodles according to the directions on the package.
  2. After cooking, wash the noodles with cold water.
  3. Ensure the noodles are well-drained.
  4. In a small pot, combine the peanut butter, coconut milk, sweet chilli sauce, and half of the chopped spring onions and heat until melted.
  5. Incorporate 1-2 tablespoons of water into the mixture to achieve a pourable consistency.
  6. In a serving bowl, combine the noodles, cucumber, and beansprouts.
  7. Place the prawns on top of the noodle mixture.
  8. Pour the peanut sauce over the prawns.
  9. Garnish with the remaining spring onions.
