Ingredients
- 2000 ml water
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 200 g pasta
- 400 g sausages
- 150 g spinach
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
- 1 pcs beef bouillon cube
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 pcs garlic bread
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) salt, then add 200 g pasta and cook until al dente (about 15 minutes).
- While the pasta cooks, heat a frying pan over medium heat and brown the sausages, turning regularly, until cooked through (about 15 minutes).
- Remove the sausages from the pan and cut them into bite-size pieces.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Add 1 bag of fresh spinach (about 150 g), one 400 g tin of tomatoes, 1 beef oxo/bouillon cube (crumbled), 5 ml Worcestershire sauce, 5 ml mustard, and 15 ml vinegar to the pot. Stir and heat until the spinach has wilted and the sauce is warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the sliced sausages to the pasta and sauce, mix thoroughly and heat through for a minute or two.
- Serve in bowls with garlic bread on the side.
