  1. Clean the goat meat using a mixture of vinegar and water.
  2. Rub the goat meat with 1 ½ tablespoons of curry powder, along with all-purpose seasoning, ground ginger, allspice, chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, and thyme.
  3. Let the goat meat marinate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Take out the onion and garlic from the goat meat and set them aside.
  5. Turn on the electric pressure cooker and select the high sauté setting.
  6. Pour oil into the pressure cooker.
  7. Add the goat meat to the pressure cooker and sear it for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side.
  8. Take the goat meat out of the cooker insert.
  9. Pour in 1 tablespoon of oil along with the remaining curry powder into the pressure cooker.
  10. Sauté for roughly 10 seconds.
  11. Put the onions and garlic back into the pressure cooker.
  12. Cook the onions and garlic until they become tender, which should take about 4 minutes.
  13. If the onions appear dry, add a splash of water and keep sautéing.
  14. Add the goat meat back into the pressure cooker along with some water.
  15. Secure the lid on the pressure cooker.
  16. Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes.
  17. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
  18. Manually release any remaining pressure.
  19. After all pressure has been released, carefully open the pressure cooker.
  20. Switch the cooker back to sauté mode for 10-15 minutes.
  21. Incorporate the potatoes and a whole scotch bonnet pepper.
  22. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  23. Remove the scotch bonnet pepper.
