  4. Pour in the stock, add water, potatoes, bay leaves, and black peppercorns.
  5. Add salt for seasoning and allow the mixture to reach a boil.
  6. Lower the heat, cover the pot, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in the millet and let it cook for an additional 15 minutes until both the millet and potatoes are tender.
  8. Carefully fold in the fish cubes.
  9. Stir the mixture and let the soup simmer.
  10. Make sure the fish is cooked just right; it's ready when the flesh turns opaque and flakes with ease.
