- 3 pcs banana
- 1 ml vanilla extract
- 0.5 g cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
- 3 cup brown sugar
- 1 g salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 g oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas.
- Incorporate brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a small amount of salt into the mashed bananas.
- Sift the flour into the mixture and mix thoroughly with a spoon until everything is well blended.
- Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high flame.
- Allow the oil to reach a hot temperature.
- Spoon the banana fritter batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until one side turns golden brown and bubbles form on the surface.
- Turn the fritter over and cook until the opposite side is also browned.
- Take the fritters out of the oil.
- Place the fritters on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Savor the fritters.
