- 8 ml water
- 0.5 g salt
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 g salt
- 0.5 ml water
Instructions
- In a sizable pot, bring water and salt to a rolling boil.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour and salt.
- Combine the flour and salt thoroughly to ensure the salt is evenly distributed.
- Slowly incorporate water into the flour mixture.
- Use your hands to blend the flour and water until a dough begins to form.
- Cut the dough into equal portions.
- Shape each portion of dough into a smooth sphere.
- Gently press each sphere down with your palm to create a round dumpling.
- Carefully place the dumplings into the boiling water, adding them one by one.
- Stir the dumplings gently with a wooden spoon while they cook.
- Allow the dumplings to boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to keep them from sticking together.
- Using a slotted spoon, take the cooked dumplings out of the pot.
- Let any leftover water drain off the dumplings.
