  1. In a sizable pot, bring water and salt to a rolling boil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour and salt.
  3. Combine the flour and salt thoroughly to ensure the salt is evenly distributed.
  4. Slowly incorporate water into the flour mixture.
  5. Use your hands to blend the flour and water until a dough begins to form.
  6. Cut the dough into equal portions.
  7. Shape each portion of dough into a smooth sphere.
  8. Gently press each sphere down with your palm to create a round dumpling.
  9. Carefully place the dumplings into the boiling water, adding them one by one.
  10. Stir the dumplings gently with a wooden spoon while they cook.
  11. Allow the dumplings to boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
  12. Stir occasionally to keep them from sticking together.
  13. Using a slotted spoon, take the cooked dumplings out of the pot.
  14. Let any leftover water drain off the dumplings.
  15. Enjoy the dumplings with your preferred recipes.
