- 1 g oregano
- 1 pcs mint
- 300 cup yogurt
- 4 pcs pita bread
- 0.5 g iceberg lettuce
- 1 pcs red onion
- 1 pcs lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to a high temperature.
- Rub the lamb with your chosen seasonings.

- Combine the seasoning, oregano and half the mint into one container of yogurt.
- Spread that yogurt all over the lamb and put it back on the grill for 2–3 minutes, until the yogurt has blistered and the meat is cooked to your preferred doneness.
- Move the lamb to a board and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
- While the lamb rests, toast the pittas.
- Shred the lettuce and cut the red onion into thin slices.
- Fold the remaining mint into the second tub of yogurt.
- Cut the rested meat into thick slices and fill the toasted pittas with the sliced lamb, shredded lettuce, sliced red onion and the minty yogurt.
- Squeeze lemon juice over each stuffed pitta to taste and serve immediately.
