Ingredients
- 1.25 g cream cheese
- 1.25 g sugar
- 1 ml vanilla extract
- 1 g flour
- 2 pcs puff pastry
- 1 g strawberries
- 1 g raspberries
- 1 g blackberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, stirring until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Lightly flour your work surface.
- On the floured surface, roll out each sheet of puff pastry to gently flatten and slightly thin them.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet into 9 equal squares.
- On each square, make an L-shaped cut at the top right and another at the bottom left about ½ inch (1 cm) from the edges so the cuts extend down and across but do not meet, leaving the pastry looking like a frame with two corners intact.
- Fold the upper right corner of each square down toward the inner bottom corner so the square transforms into a diamond shape.
- Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese filling into the center of each diamond, then place berries on top.
- Arrange the filled pastries on the prepared parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed; remove from the oven and let cool briefly before serving.
