Ingredients
- 4 pcs beef cutlet
- 2 pcs beaten egg
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 2 g parsley
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 pcs to taste salt
- 1 pcs to taste pepper
Instructions
- If necessary, lightly pound the cutlets to an even thickness so they cook uniformly.
- Sprinkle both sides of each cutlet with salt and pepper.
- Crack the eggs into a shallow bowl and beat them until smooth to create an egg wash.
- In a separate shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with chopped parsley and minced garlic (for extra crunch, substitute panko blended with finely grated Parmesan for regular breadcrumbs).
- Coat each cutlet by dipping it into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off, then press both sides firmly into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Pour enough oil into a large skillet over medium heat to lightly coat the pan.
- Fry the breaded cutlets in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Place the finished cutlets on a plate lined with paper towels to drain, then serve immediately with lemon wedges or a green salad.
