  1. Pour the flours into a food processor.
  2. In the food processor, add the yeast, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Blend the ingredients thoroughly in the food processor.
  4. Add 350ml of warm water and the oil into the processor.
  5. Process the blend until it becomes a soft dough.
  6. Knead the dough for 1 minute.
  7. Allow the dough to rise until it has doubled in volume, which will take around 1 hour.
  8. Pulse the dough a few times in the food processor to release the air.
  9. Transfer the dough onto a floured work surface.
  10. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  11. Roll out one portion of the dough to form a rectangle approximately 20 x 40cm.
  12. Use a large sharp knife to trim the edges of the rolled dough.
  13. Slice the trimmed dough into eight squares, each measuring 10cm.
  14. Prepare a large tray or two baking sheets by lining them with non-stick paper.
  15. Place the bread squares in a single layer on the tray.
  16. Repeat the process of rolling, trimming, and cutting with the second half of the dough.
  17. Let the arranged dough sit in a warm area for about 30 minutes until it begins to rise.
  18. Directly place the bread onto the BBQ racks.
  19. Cook the bread for a few minutes until they puff up.
  20. Turn the bread over and cook the other side.
  21. Transfer the cooked bread into a basket.
  22. Serve the bread alongside the dips.
