Quick salad

Ingredients
- 1 pcs iceberg lettuce
- 1 pcs carrot
- 30 g parmesan cheese
- 30 g pine nuts
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- Chop an iceberg lettuce into quarters and wash them in water.
- Place the washed lettuce quarters in a bowl.
- Peel 1 carrot and grate it using a cheese grater.
- Grate some parmesan cheese and set it aside.
- Add the grated carrot, grated parmesan, pine nuts, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl with lettuce.
- Serve the salad with oil and vinegar.
